People - Who will it help? In the short run, it will help young people in high school. They will be better equipped to deal with the real world and be efficient business people.
Environment - It will help the environment because by creating an educated workforce, these in turn will make wiser decisions regarding the planet and its sustainability.
Economics - Although executing this plan might be costly, the benefits greatly outweigh the costs. Profits will result not only in an improved economy for a sector, but ideally for the entire country.
Different cultures have different attitudes about education. For instance in Asia a student doing well directly honors the family. By doing well they prove they are worthy of their parents' respect. Others hold education in suspicion where a person who does well in school thinks they are better than everyone else -- looking down on their own friends and family.

ReplyDeleteI am aware of cultural differences. However, I still believe that regardless of the background, education is necessary in order to be able to have a successful economy/ business sector
